The Problems

• This property is two levels where by the owners had just finished a lower level renovation with addition bedroom, bathroom, laundry & sitting area, but there is no internal access to the main top level of the home.

• The upper level has new bathroom but otherwise in original like condition. Due to the floor plan we needed to target & attract a tenant that saw the property as a work from home opportunity or had extended family stay etc.

The Solutions

• To enhance its appeal ousted elf families a the floor plan would not be suitable, we needed to promote the property as a dual county, work from home, extended family style campaign.

What we achieved & how

• We did this via HD drone video, floor plans and images to create an impactful bespoke approach. This resulted in a $4,680 per annum increase above the local sales base agency appraisal from the very first open. We secured a high quality professional tenant type who was drawn to the property due to the video emphasising the down stairs area as initially they were looking in other suborns before seeing this campaign online.
