  • We did this via HD drone video, floor plans and images to create an impactful bespoke approach. This resulted in a $4,680 per annum increase above the local sales base agency appraisal from the very first open. We secured a high quality professional tenant type who was drawn to the property due to the video emphasising the down stairs area as initially they were looking in other suborns before seeing this campaign online.
