So Rentfresh set out to build a bespoke online campaign to enhance the positives, and there are many as to why this is a great property to lease within walking distance to the Mater Hospital & shops, the key was to re-focus a fresh approach on why is would be convent & easy to live here, so that is exactly what we did.

  • Enhancing the the benefits of this property by way of a 360 degree HD property promo video that on average generates a 15X higher tenant engagement helped in attracting the right niche tenant for this unique property. We promoted HD drone video visuals to showcase the location so close to the hospital, promote the value & modern feel of this studio & the privacy & security it offered. This campaign generated 25 registered groups at the first open home & was rented above the asking price with 6 month rent paid upfront.
