The Problems

• The owner lives overseas & had his friend who lives on the Sunshine Coast market the unit for lease. It had been vacant for 3 months when I took over the listing, costing the landlord over $15,000 in lost rent. Unfortunately, the owner’s friend was using very old blurry images, nothing to promote the most incredible location of this riverside penthouse level apartment. The prospective tenant unless they knew the area had no idea what was truly on offer including 20m infinity edge river view pool & gym etc.

The Solutions

• You can’t sell a secret….so we launched a bespoke campaign that revealed the lifestyle that this location & apartment has to offer. We sent the campaign out to tenant executive finding agents who prior to this campaign didn’t realise this unit was even available.

What we achieved & how

• We achieved a result within 2 weeks of launching the campaign after we conducted 9 private viewings, the apartment was not quite suitable to all tenant's who viewed for everyone. In the end, I secured the Head of Pathology for a large hospital and his wife relocated up from Sydney toward the end of strict COVID conditions. They fell in love with the apartment online via our video and even more so in real life.
