We did this by building momentum around the scarcity of a home of this size & location being available & how unlikely a home like this in this pocket is to come up for rent and with such a large demand from Sydney tenants looking to relocate we were able to achieve the result with a local tenant relocating from Carindale to the Bayside at $1000 per week.
