The Rentfresh Story

Rentfresh CEO, Michael Feletti, has been managing property in South-East Queensland for over 10 years. However, this unconventional story has a humble beginning.

He launched his career in real estate sales in the beachside town of Ballina, New South Wales before making his mark in Brisbane, selling prestige properties alongside Ray White International’s top performing agent.

He fell in love with property and started his own property investment portfolio at the age of 21.

Despite his success in the real estate industry, he became disillusioned with the property managers he engaged to take care of his own properties. They were overworked, under-trained and apathetic.

This was hardly a surprise. He knew as well as anybody that most property management offices were little-more than a factory-farm for their sales counterparts.

Michael spent the next five years working with Queensland’s fastest growing property management company. The company was taking strides to provide a genuine alternative to the status quo. Alas, their mission was cut short after being acquired by a major real estate group.

Meanwhile, Michael tried one property manager after another. But the problems persisted.

He was determined to provide property investors with the attention, expertise and concern that they deserved. So he set out to create a specialist property management company that put their client’s interests first (rather than a model that depended on property sales to stay afloat).

From this foundation, Rentfresh was born.

On April 15, 2015, Rentfresh was launched.
